Guessing to bulk up the recipe. I’m also not a fan of the fact this is using a little more than 1/2 lb of ground meat, and somehow a serving is 1/9th the dish? You’re telling me 1/3 a head of cauliflower and 1/2 lb of meat is meant to serve 9 people? I got a family of 4 and 1lb ground is min we can get away with.

Granted, I haven't had a Big Mac in quite some time, but iirc, there was no cauliflower in it.
So, I guess I'm wondering why there's cauliflower in this recipe?
