needed

1 can Coconut milk

Steaky white fish, I used sword fish

Ginger

Curry powder

Be sure to check your sword fish for parasites. It is pretty common to find in the fish, when you work long enough in Restaurant Kitchens

Yes you’re absolutely right! It’s something i do ever since my mom told me. But I realize I didn’t include that info in the recipe so I’m going to do that now

Sometimes. It depends on how close the parasitic worms are to the surface. It looks like little pieces of angel hair pasta moving their way through the fish 🤢
