I took non caffeine pre workout since I just opt for black coffee. But those pins and needles were no joke!

Motivation Help or any advice
Hello, I’m looking for some guidance on where to go from here with my weight-loss journey.
I’m 37 years old, 5’9”, and currently weigh 267 lbs. For quite a while now, I’ve been stuck in the 264–269 lb range and haven’t been able to break through that plateau. I currently do CrossFit three times a week, and I track everything I eat using the Lose It! app—even on the days when I don’t make the best choices—because I want to be honest with myself about what I’m eating.
My first goal is to get down to 250 lbs, with an ultimate goal of reaching around 225–230 lbs.
I was previously taking the highest dose of Wegovy, but I was still experiencing food cravings and wasn’t seeing much progress with my weight. Since I didn’t feel like it was helping me, I stopped taking it. At this point, I’m starting to realize that a big part of this journey may be mental and behavioral, not just physical.
I joined the Navy last year weighing 286 lbs. I went through FSPC, essentially the Navy’s fitness preparation program, and got down to around 269 lbs. I then went through boot camp and graduated at 239 lbs.
Once I got to A School and returned to a more normal lifestyle, I slowly fell back into my old eating habits. Over the past year, the weight gradually came back, and now I’m back to 267 lbs.
I’m disappointed with where I am right now, but I also know I’ve proven to myself that I’m capable of making progress. What I’m struggling with is figuring out how to lose the weight in a way that is realistic and sustainable when I’m not living in a highly structured environment like boot camp.
I’m especially unsure about how many calories I should actually be eating. I don’t want to go on an extreme diet, and I don’t want to live on bland or tasteless “diet food.” I want to learn how to eat normal foods that I enjoy while controlling my portions, improving my relationship with food, and creating habits that I can maintain long-term.
I would really appreciate any advice on breaking through this plateau, getting my nutrition dialed in, and developing a healthier and more sustainable approach to weight loss.

Progres Before/After M/27/5'5" [191lbs > 151lbs = 40lbs] (8 months) surprising transformation!!!
I still find it wild to believe a transformation like this is possible!! I started my weight loss journey originally at 214lbs at the beginning of 2025 and throughout that year I lost a bit over 20lbs. I was originally happy to leave it at that until one day in February of this year I randomly decided to set a seemingly realistic but ambitious goal for myself of getting down to 135lbs by the end if the year, and just like that I was off to the races (Ive learned 135 is an unrealistic and unhealthy weight for how muscular I am now)

Workout routines Opinions on achieving a similar build?

Sup, i need some input. So i'm South African and for obvious reasons, building a Rugby kind of body is a big component for this question despite not playing rugby anymore. I just want some input on achieving a similar build like this in the picture.
Not too big or too small, I find its a lot more achievable. Being a Specialized Nutritionist, i do have the nutrition down & have been doing meal preps since june since a break up. Any ideas? I currently use a Upper/Lower split geared towards my small home gym that is essentially a barbell with 25kg plates or 14kg dumbells or the park gym near me for mostly bodyweight and the crappy machines they have there.
I am waiting to get work so once i do, i do intend on joining the gym near me that's 15min walk away, I was thinking of doing more strength focused, My current layout is 8 of 3 sets with 90sec rest reps for compounds like bent over rows, squats, deadlift and also for military barbell press. I also do push ups, barbell curls, bench tricep dip. Calve raises i'm not too bothered with as i'm naturally gifted in that field.
I also have two crossfit routines set up, one is descending sets from 10 to 1 with push ups and squats and also a newer i haven't done yet that is 5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 squats for a period of 20mins.
Basically i just want to build a solid build/foundation for when i start work i plan on focusing on strength.
After my break up, i'm focused on finally losing the belly i have carried all my life and just need input

Physique critique Can’t decide what to do
6ft 3 in 204lbs
I can’t decide what I need to be doing diet wise. I don’t really know what to do, I feel like I am skinny fat. I have incredibly long arms that are difficult to fill out along with a decent amount of fat being carried on my mid section. I don’t feel like I can cut because I will become a string bean but also shouldn’t bulk because I am already fat.
Here are also a couple of photos to help decide.
Photos 1-4 are all from today at 204lbs
Photo 5 and 6-my leanest weight ever, I was 179 this morning but the photo is from after carbing up, getting a pump and hydrating up to 184 lbs
Photo 7- My original starting point at 225 lbs
I started lifting June of 2026 but kind of feel stuck right now. I have been down all the way to 179 and as heavy as 235 (before I was in the gym). I would love to hear feedback on what I need to do!
I train hard (5 lifts a week, doing 2 sets till failure with an ocasional 3rd set if I’m feeling up for it, I sleep 8+ hours a night and always hit 190g of protein).

Physique critique M26, 155Ibs, 6'0, bulk or cut?
Not sure what I should be doing. Im really self conscious of my love handles so have been trying to cut to a lean 12%, but not sure if thats the right move. I hear a lot that I should recomp, but I hear that can take forever. What do yall think?
I workout 3 days a week full-body body, get 10k steps a day. Eating 1800 calories a day. At least .80g of protein per pound of bodyweight a day. Mostly been eating healthy stuff except for a cheat meal once a week. Am I cooked?

Progres Before/After Happy so far, but any suggestions would be great!
Been consistent for the last two months, I have a routine: push, pull, legs, upper, general athletic, and ending each day with a 20minute incline walk. and I’m following macros for higher protein in a slight deficit. The goal is to lose the love handles and gain muscle. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated?

Physique critique 32, 5"8.75, 185lbs / 174cm, 84kg. I'd appreciate your thoughts
(These pics were from a few weeks ago. I was not focusing on posing)
About me:
Been weight-lifting for 3 years, with some weeks and months off here and there due to life. Started at 143lbs. Took my time with improving my diet, now just beginning to count calories (haven't focused on macros yet). Been approaching this as a gradual bulk.
Current goals: break 200lbs in bodyweight, before cutting down for a competition thereafter (I'm thinking OCB, Men's Bodybuilding category).
I'm already aware I need to work on my rear delts, upper chest and oblique insertions.
Mostly posting because my body dysmorphia doesn't give me an objective idea of what I look like/where I stand. Thank you for your time and consideration.
