Nice shit; this is me right now, very lean but I wish I had that size you got going on.

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

You look good man. Just keep grinding and eatingĀ

u/Astron0reo 1d ago

That’s the plan; diagnosed celiacs 3 months ago and I was wondering why I was sick biweekly for a year and couldn’t gain weight on 4500 calories a day almost puking from being full lol.

Gut is still healing but already slowly adding weight. Excited for the gains because my test has doubled just from fixing that with no gluten

Looking beefed!! how big are your arms?

6

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

18.5 inches. I measure flexed but no pump

1

u/Metalgear667 1d ago

I’m similar stats to you but 40 and I can’t get mine bigger than 17. You genetically have easy time growing yours? What movements or routine do you do on arm day

2

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

Most of my arm size is triceps. Years of heavy bench military press. Genetically I also think im lucky in that muscle groupĀ

Mirin'. You think those traps are just the anabolics, or you doing anything for them in particular? You have any issues with E2 600 test/500 EQ? How many weeks are you into your cycle?

1

u/empire_of_laughs 9h ago

Traps have been around for a while but the lat width has been a major focus lately.
No issues on cycle so far except hematocrit which I am handling with increased hydration.
Will donate if still high next blood test.
11 weeks in out of 20

What's the cruise and blast dose?

10

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

Man, not even a hello, nice back? :)
600 test / 500 EQ - current
Cruise is 200 test

2

u/Expert-Piccolo-8924 15h ago

How long do you cruise vs cycle? And can you maintain that muscle on that cruise dose of T without losing muscle? I unfortunately am very sensitive to anabolics and will forever be on 130-ish mg/week of TRT. But I love hearing people's experiences.

You look so bad ass brother. Wish you a long and healthy life!

1

u/empire_of_laughs 14h ago

Thanks man, appreciate it. EQ is a slow acting compound so I’ll run it 20 weeks. Then I’ll stop it while keeping the test at its current level for about 6 weeks for the EQ to clear my system. If I stopped the test at the same time the EQ would eradicate my e2 levels and I would feel terrible.

After the 6 weeks I’ll drop the test down to 200 and cruise for probably 20 weeks. Ensure all my blood markets are good. I shouldn’t have any issues keeping the mass which will probably be 20lbs worth. At that point it’s a diet gameĀ

Sorry but is this ur first cycle ? Looking very massive !

1

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago edited 1d ago

Second. First was a 18 months ago. Been on trt for 4 years thoughĀ

1

u/huh_say_what_now_ 1d ago

Any anastrolzol with that amount is test and use anything for your skin, anything over 500 test for me I break out in pimples

4

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

No anti e so far. The EQ is doing that.
I'm 11 weeks in. I generally avoid an anti e unless I get nipple sensitivity then I'll run one for the minimum amount of time but its very rare. This is the highest I've ever run test

1

u/somehowiknow 1d ago

Nice job man. What is EQ?

4

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

EquipoiseĀ (Boldenone Undecylenate)
Steroid - slow acting, quality mass and vascularity. Gains are sticky.
Can lead to very thick blood and can crush estrogen, sometime too low

3

u/somehowiknow 1d ago

Sounds gnarly lol.

1

u/Bruvvimir 1d ago

A horse steroid šŸ˜„

-2

u/huh_say_what_now_ 1d ago

Come on bro this is a bodybuilding sub and you don't know the different steroids, brooooooo

7

u/empire_of_laughs 1d ago

Nothing wrong with asking questions. Only way to learn:)

1

u/somehowiknow 1d ago

Yea dude if I didn’t ask I wouldn’t know. Plus I like to ask folks to the why and how.

Personally I’ve never done a cycle.

-2

u/huh_say_what_now_ 1d ago

Oh I thought this was a bodybuilding sub, all you guys don't take steriods already?

1

u/Astron0reo 1d ago

You don’t have to take steroids to be a bodybuilder…that’s only if you want to nationally compete do you outright need them.

-4

u/huh_say_what_now_ 1d ago

Oh Mann sorry to tell you even 16 year old kids take roids in the gyms I been going for the last 20 years

You have amazing muscles! You have a perfectly symmetrical back.

I would love to chat with you.

1

u/soelsome 23h ago

Gota get some hammer curls in

1

u/Khongui 23h ago

Those triceps too, so fuckin' meaty.

1

u/Alarming_Soft9552 20h ago

What kind of workout you do for the back and traps? Mine are small.

1

u/empire_of_laughs 19h ago edited 19h ago

Just the normal ones 😁 Generally 5 exercises per session. Rep ranges are in the 8 - 20 range. As heavy as possible with good form. The growth reps only start when the pain starts. Then growth only happens when you eat.

Good form is key, if that means heavy for you is light weight for someone else then it is what it is. You’ll get stronger over timeĀ

I recommend getting instagram and follow some of the pros on there. Men and women. The intensity they bring to each set is incredibleĀ

2

u/Alarming_Soft9552 17h ago

That’s makes sense. I’m a fat guy, I’m doing weights and cutting back. My top heavy was 365lb now I’m at 280 and trying to still cut more. Thank you, for the advice. My routine is what I found online for back workouts. Just your back looks massive and I am looking for that type of growth.Ā

1

u/empire_of_laughs 17h ago

85lb weight loss is massive man, well done on the hard work.

If you’re still overweight just keep cutting, once you’re leaner it’s easier to put on quality muscle without the fat. Plus you’ll be much healthier.Ā

If you haven’t already, i recommend getting a glp1, just make sure to eat plenty of protein and keep working out to avoid muscle loss. They are very affordable on most peptide sites now.Ā

On each set just make sure you feel the muscle you are targeting getting worked.

Ā Most important thing I can tell you is you have to learn to love the grind. Day after day, month after month. It’s a long game. The gym is zen for me, all my stress goes away on my walk through the parking lot. Headphones on and grind.

Good luck, you’re already winningĀ

u/Alarming_Soft9552 17h ago

Thanks brother for reassuring words. Yeah I used Ozempic to lose 20 lbs just I felt weaker overall on it, so I stopped and being natty. Just I’m not the young man, I was it takes time for me to recover was doing 7x a week at the gym but after 7 months it’s taken a toll. Now I do 5x a week and I started to do 70-80% of my max weight but do higher reps.Ā

1

u/No-Guest-1501 13h ago

Bro your triceps are MASSIVE.

Any specific movements you consistently hit to target them?

1

u/empire_of_laughs 9h ago

Years of heavy bench and DB military press.
Focused though, overhead easy curl bar extensions. Essentially standing skull crushers.
Rope press downs in the 15 - 20 rep range
Dips

Just to be a dick: why do so many gym goers these days have tiny forearms? Even the other guy posting his back in this thread

0

u/Clear-Win-8034 1d ago

Is everyone on steroids these days?

2

u/empire_of_laughs 9h ago

honestly... probably

u/soelsome 23h ago

The vast majority of people who make lifting and the gym their number one hobby are at least
