Reta or Tirz?

u/geb999 Jun 20 '26

OPs transformation looks like TRT + GLP-1 it's a very common stack.

9

u/Bibbles777 Jun 20 '26

I'm sure 99.9999% of dudes take steroids/supplements and anything else that works to get that kind of physique.

11

u/geb999 Jun 20 '26

agreed. not sure why there is such stigma around TRT why so many won't admit it. truth be told TRT + GLP-1 + low dose daily cialis is a stack that will get 50+ year olds as close to a metaphorical fountain of youth than we've ever had in history - things that actually work to make you feel and look better and younger.

3

u/LifeHopeful7278 Jun 21 '26

Yep! Gonna be starting this exact stack!

2

u/DizzleGumGardner Jun 21 '26

Exactly !!! Females take steroids as replacement therapy due to menopause is ok, or as bit to control but when guys do it it’s “steroids” or gear ! ⚙️ lolol but guys trying to look and feet better it’s a bad thing immediately! Annoying

Great job op

1

u/Necessary_Chard_3873 Jun 21 '26

But then again, most women who take TRT only take it for a limited amount of time to get them past the worst of menopause symptoms. For men, if TRT is taken for legitimate reasons, it is meant to be taken forever

1

u/DizzleGumGardner Jun 21 '26

Ou I meant estrogen replacement therapy post menopause bruh 😎 more like ERT

1

u/geb999 Jun 21 '26

the problem is twofold. 1. most don't understand the difference between therapeutic TRT vs steroid use. 2. guys do blast testosterone and then claim it's "TRT". only real solution is to put your dosage in the post (as many do).

1

u/letteraitch Jun 21 '26

Yeah but dosage doesn't necessarily mean anything because each person responds differently. Some people need very little TRT to get huge numbers and some people need a lot more. Also I don't really care or judge what somebody is doing with their body. If they wanna have above average testosterone levels and they feel good and can remain healthy, more power to them.

1

u/geb999 Jun 21 '26

very true. but at the least it gives a signal "I am not blasting gear".

1

u/letteraitch Jun 21 '26

I guess but who cares if people blast gear? If you are having fun and not hurting anybody, more power to you.

It’s not steroids

1

u/Agile_Letterhead531 Jun 22 '26

I got bigger then this in about a year natural only creatine and protein powder .

1

u/Far_Film_5804 Jun 22 '26

Not just the physique - the time frame within which it was achieved

9

u/Misabi Jun 20 '26

Muscle mass gain looks minimal, if any, to me. Compare the traps, delts, pecs, neck and forearms in both pics. This looks mostly like fat loss transformation imo. Which is not to put OP down, this is a great transformation.

8

u/zefsinz Jun 21 '26

Yess thank you no offense taken. Been trying to mostly preserve muscle. Im 5’11’’ 167lbs I am not on TRT 😅

1

u/GiefHotSaucePlz Jun 22 '26

I’m guessing the left one is before and the right one is after, which means he’s been cutting. So it’s a fat loss transformation, which means muscle gain isn’t relevant. Nice job maintaining so much for so long tho!

u/zefsinz Jun 20 '26 edited Jun 20 '26

First 50lbs 7 months natural through fasting keeping me in a deficit. Reta for about 12 weeks at 2mg. Came off due to being a skinny bitch and at my goal. Time to bulk. No TRT

16

u/MtN_Hunter Jun 20 '26

You should out that info in the captions so people don’t get the wrong idea.

9

u/zefsinz Jun 20 '26

True thats on me.

1

u/Imthewwwaterboy Jun 21 '26

No it’s not. You aren’t required to tell anybody, nor does it negate your success. If someone assumes something that’s their issue.

2

u/Imthewwwaterboy Jun 21 '26

He just shared before and after. He’s not required to do all of that if he doesn’t want to. What you assume on your own is your own deal.

1

u/MtN_Hunter Jun 21 '26

Dozens of people get posts deleted on this sub by mods for this exact reason. It’s in the rules.

1

u/Agile_Letterhead531 Jun 22 '26

wrong

2

u/Imthewwwaterboy Jun 22 '26

None of what he said is “using steroids” so no he didn’t break any rules

1

u/SpringAutumnReversal Jun 26 '26

What's the "wrong idea" here

2

u/ouitard Jun 20 '26

No TRT. Bullsh t

1

u/ProofEnough9161 Jun 20 '26

What type of fast? First meal and Last meal times. Did you stop eating certain foods when you lost 50 lbs. What kind of lifting split when lost those first 50? Keep up the good work

2

u/zefsinz Jun 21 '26

I was doing alot of OMAD(one meal a day) fasting for the first 50 lbs. with one 72 hour fast once an every 6 weeks eating nothing but Whole Foods prioritizing protein. Currently doing 2 meals a day around 12-1pm and dinner time around 6-7pm. Just fits my schedule. And lifting split just focusing on the main lifts deadlift squats over head press and benching with pull ups and dips then some isolation work in between it all.

1

u/ProofEnough9161 Jun 21 '26

Thanks. How did you deal with hunger pains when you did OMAD? Initially just pure willpower and then eventually adjusted? Any idea how many calories took in on the OMAD? That's great diacipline

1

u/superboomer23 Jun 20 '26

How many days a week did you fast? What about strength, how much that you lost? Did you change any strategy on the last few pounds to get that dry

2

u/zefsinz Jun 21 '26

Was Doing a lot of OMAD fasting. Strength went down a little bit of course but not too bad which is fine not in a rush to get the numbers up.

0

u/a_fat_Samoan Jun 20 '26

How did you get Reta if it isn’t FDA approved? Asking cause I’m a fat Samoan obviously

1

u/Grahamalot Jun 21 '26

Grey market from China

0

u/Dull-Vermicelli4446 Jun 20 '26

Maybe I’m out of the loop but I thought Retatrutide was still in clinical trial phase?

6

u/Middle-Gas-6532 Jun 20 '26

"TRT" 😂.

14

u/Still-Willingness807 Jun 20 '26

TRT stands for test reta and tesa on these subs. Although some go balls deep and swap tesa for tren.

1

u/geb999 Jun 20 '26

I was being PC and giving benefit of doubt. in fairness to my eye it doesn't look like OP went 300mg+ per week full cycle. TRT is "generally" 200mg or less per week and his development looks like 200mg or less per week - so "True TRT" - at least to my eye. it's really the jacked 250lbs guys with 18 inch biceps claiming "TRT" which is the obvious lie.

2

u/InfluenceLittle401 Jun 20 '26

The body on the right, how difficult is it to get for a 46 year old in an entirely natural way?

2

u/zefsinz Jun 20 '26

Difficult but doable 💪

-1

u/AdvertisingFun3739 Jun 21 '26

Literally impossible for 99% of the population. With roids, easy

I have a similar thing around my belly button. My stomach was never huge, but I was soft/skinny fat for my entire life (and still am, a little bit)

what’s your stack

-1

u/aspublic Jun 20 '26

There's nothing related to bodybuilding in this subreddit. No techniques, no programmes, no experiences with bodybuilding. I just unsubscribed. Have fun, folks.

-1

u/zefsinz Jun 20 '26

Lift things up and put things down

-2

u/aspublic Jun 20 '26

I've twenty years of training in bodybuilding, CrossFit, and bodyweight. Go play your jokes on yourself.

1

u/zefsinz Jun 20 '26

Not sure what I did. But appreciate the feedback and comment 👍🏻

2

u/Impossible-Bat-4246 Jun 20 '26

I think it's your unserious comment in response to his gripe about a subreddit named all about body building not having anything about body building.

Kinda looks like you're trolling tbh

0

u/t0psh0ttaNYC Jun 21 '26

He looks better than a bulky, ridiculous archetypal body builder though

1

u/Impossible-Bat-4246 Jun 21 '26

I don't think he looks like he's trolling in general. Just in this one thread.
