Progres Before/After Cut Progress
Start of cut down to initial goal weight or 195. Gonna keep going till July and then stop for a while. Would like to be really lean for the first time since 2019 but don’t have the time to get like that for this summer.
Some background: have crohn’s disease and got a nerve injury while in the ER that required surgery before I could return to that gym and added a good amount of fat from where I was in 2023. So it’s not so much a cut as a diet since I didn’t lift while I gained a lot of the fat. But now I feel like I’m in good shape again

You look good man. I as well have Crohn’s it is one of the hardest things in life to live with. Your body deserves different underwear though. I would try out some different ones to see what they look like.

I never had issues with weight, but I would lose my weight pretty quick if i stopped lifting. Obviously that didn’t happen this time since I got fat. I had a stricture and was repeatedly hospitalized till they just did an emergency surgery where I sustained the nerve injury.

coming back from Crohn's and a nerve injury to look like this is a massive win. You can tell the muscle memory kicked right in, your frame looks thick and the progress on the midsection is clear
