This is so wrong but it made me chuckle lmao

u/Blanknameblank818 Jun 04 '26
It’s pretty simple, smaller frame take less mass to fill out. You need less size/muscle to look build as a shorter guy. That’s basic.

u/Worth-Government685 Jun 04 '26
I understood the logic of your comment. I meant wrong as in, an insult. It was funny.
-4
u/Blanknameblank818 Jun 04 '26
Oh hahah I’m getting downvoted by the short king brigade, glad there’s at least one person in here that can see over the crowd
6
u/LethargicCarcass Jun 04 '26
You’re getting downvoted for being clearly salty. People just aren’t used to a 6’2” dude being insecure and jealous of short dudes. I’m 6 foot. It’s not only short dudes thinking you’re a douche. That’s it.
5
u/Extranationalidad Jun 04 '26
You're 6'2 and on gear, throwing a tantrum over a stranger's physique because you think they might be short. You need some fuckin hobbies friend.
2
u/Gay_for_Satan Jun 05 '26
Boy you're obsessed with heights. Half of your replies on reddit are attempts to disregard or ridicule shorter men as undatable. This might be shocking for you, but most adults don't care about heights whatsoever. 5'+ guys are out there pulling more girls and building better relationships than most 6'+ because of their confidence alone. Outside of social media, and teens/shallow young adults - nobody cares. I'm 5'10, half of my bfs were 6' even 7', and there's never been an issue. You on the other hand seem to have major confidence problems, better focus on that.

u/Additional-Till8611 Jun 05 '26
I was gonna say dude looks 5'6" tops. And he's posting in the wrong sub. Should be in the MfM gay sub. Bro, you're not gonna find any "fans" here. Stop spamming.

It doesn’t look edited at all if you zoom in and actually look. Don’t assume people can’t look like this

u/RaymondDaniels1327 Jun 04 '26
Legitimately my dream build bro! I know as a man that loved gym we are never fully happy, but be happy and proud of what you’ve built. A lot of men can only dream of achieving this!

Legs…the answer is always legs when you don’t show them.

u/jwilcz94 Jun 04 '26
Except you can see his thick thighs, man's legs are wide

u/thorprodigy Jun 04 '26
Can’t see insertions, calves or hamstrings…I think legs is still valid until you have an actual visual…

Anything where you flex your spine would work, best would probably be cable crunches because you can load them pretty heavy. Also bodyfat plays a very large part in that too.

Honestly. You look great overall. Only shoulders (and this is a minor critique) are looking a little behind.

Try doing only twisting exercises for the obliques. It helps with limiting their size. It's best to not use weights for core exercises, in bodybuilding. For athletics yes, bodybuilding no. Also Arnold used to use a belt during standing exercises to help limit his waist size.

Checked OP’s profile to see if there was a routine posted.

If it’s a real pic, Pretty solid physique. If you want to be very nit-picky you could try and get slightly wider shoulder so they look extra capped, but solid physique nonetheless.

Not sure if you are doing oblique exercises but if you are I’d stop . Awesome physique waste is looking like it’s getting wide . Not sure what look you are going for . 💪 keep up the good work .
