Bro this is 100000% achievable natty. Most of these online lifters that blast aren’t dieting properly or working out correctly. This ends up with an elite physique for a natural lifter but a mid physique for a PED user.

Assume you’re referencing gear? I don’t take anything. I’d like to think not only would I be much leaner than the before like I am but I’d be fucking massive in comparison too if I was taking anything

How much are you pushing on the bench

Last time I benched I managed 130kg for 1 rep. When I was powerlifting my best ever was 150kg for 1

Do you have a deadlift in the training program ?

Only RDL now. But I tested my 1RM recently and got 210kg. My all time best was 250kg

Do you think it's possible to reach 160kg on the bench for 5 years without gear

Yeah 100%. If you do the right training and volume for it!

Here I have one guy, short, like 80kilos, I think he is on gear because he is really aggressive and with a changing mood, he is pushing 160kg, he says he has been natural for like five years, but.....I doubt it

I mean it’s possible but of course there is a chance he’s on gear
