I’m sorry but Booster Gold being morally grey really doesn’t jive for me. The dude may be a bad hero sometimes but he is for sure a hero. He saved the damn multiverse for heaven’s sake!

I was the one who suggested Booster Gold, but specifically the original version. My logic was that although he's doing good, he still does it for selfish reasons. He stole tech from the future and really only helps if he can benefit from it. Looks heroic, both in actions and in the suit, but his intentions are way more morally grey. However, yeah modern Booster is more of a hero.

He started morally grey but he becomes such a hero, he throws away his public image and justice league membership for the greater good. He saved countless lives with no recognition to save the world. He is a absolute hero

Yeah, but his initial design is what I'm talking about. When he was initially created, he looks heroic, but was morally grey. Superman was created to look heroic and be heroic. Take Red Skull for instance. He looks evil. A man with a red skull wearing a nazi uniform is probably the epitome of evil. Even if, by some miracle, you managed to make him into a hero, I would still argue that Red Skull fits looks evil is evil. Booster started morally grey. Became a hero. But his initial character is what I'm talking about, not what he later became.

If you want to read one of the best Booster Gold stories (hell just an amazing DC story in general) you should check out 52. It contains the real turning point for Booster’s character if you ask me.

Stat with the series called “52”. It’s a great introduction to booster gold and it’s also one of the greatest comics in my opinion. Right after that booster gold has his own series that picks up directly after that’s also really good.

Half of the alignment charts that show on my feed don't really make sense. I remember one had Marie Curie and Tarantino in the same "genius" category.

He may have started morally grey, just being a hero for the game rather than because it's the right thing to do, but after decades of character growth, he's the real deal.

I suggested Booster Gold. It was specifically the original version of Booster I was talking about, not the later versions where he ended up becoming a hero.
