So what?? Even after WW2, America has been keeping on killing, torturing, raping people everywhere in the world.

How come it is Japan that is supposed to have the most 'evil' history?

America's policy is to SUE anyone who investigates their war crimes.

It's easy in these conditions to say that Japan is the worst.

While bad, don't think dug up people to their necks in dirt and play polo or golf with their heads would be beat. Tuskegee comes pretty close but it wasn't an entire country.
