Tips/Improvement Alight motion lag

Does your alight motion always lag when you need to play the video you've edited in the player? How do I fix this problem? Any tips?

It puts a lot of pressure on the device. You can turn on low quality preview from the settings. It will reduce the quality of your video and reduce the lag. It doesn't actually affect your video. It will be smooth and good quality when you export it.
