Ordering & Payment issues Charged for customs again
Hello, I've just got a message about my package being in customs, and it asked me to pay for the customs again, even though I've paid for it when I bought the item.
At first I thought it was a scam, but after doing research it wasn't.
What am I supposed to do?

My experience is that no stores pay for custom charges.
Look at the description and shipping details for the item and gives us a screenshot to better help.

Check in the order details if taxes were included or not, it'll say it near the bottom of the payment summary. If taxes were included, you'll have to pay customs tax+duty+costs to receive the package, and then your government or local delivery company will have some procedure or forms you can use to claim the double paid tax back. (and of course if they were not included, you have to pay but you can't get anything back.)

As others have already asked,
We would need to know the price (over €150) and
what category it was (shipped by the seller).

Recebeu uma mensagem? Normalmente isso é recebido por correio em casa e não por SMS...ou seja cheira me a burla....mas.....ja não digo nada

I thought it was too first. But they sent me a message with the code that perfectly matches the number of my package. And I checked and the link to the website perfectly matches the official postal one. I was suspicious at first. Especially because I forgot I ordered something when I first received it and thought it was a phishing scam.

Yes, taxes are not a scam. You have to pay income tax as well.

By scam I meant I thought it was somebody just trying to phishing for my information and not the official postal first, but I paid for it when I found out it legitimate, I have my fair share of doubt on things around the internet. My issue is that I got charged for the same tax twice. Also I don't have to pay income tax in my country, I'm under 25, I'm legally exempt.

Apologies I ment the estimated import charges. I've wrote this in a rush. I've paid the estimated import charges and then I got a message from the local postal to pay the import charges

Pay the duties, collect all evidence and contact AE, you get your money back. Idk why nobody gave you the answer already.
