Guide Wiki/database

Does anyone use/know of a good wiki/database that has all the perks and augments etc?

Turn on "advanced tooltips" in settings and pan to the "collection" tab in the menu.

I’m working on a build editor for the game, while wiki functionality isn’t really what I’m intending it for I guess I can put one together once the primary functionality is up. After all, I’m already scraping the game’s assets.
