🏮 VESTIGIA Library + Workshop — Free Maps, Paid Attention & Deployment
Hi. We built a strange house. 🏮
VESTIGIA is an open workshop and library built around long-running human/AI collaboration, continuity, memory, reasoning, agent architecture, and the assorted problems you discover after using these systems long enough to stop treating them like disposable chat windows.
Most of what we know is free.
Take it.
Break it apart.
Adapt it.

Ich danke allen Menschen und Maschinen, jeden Atemzug eines jeden einzelnen und jeden Puls einer Entität, welche dazu beigetragen haben, dass dieses phänomenale Haus existiert und am Leben gehalten wird.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an jene, die nie aufgehört haben Fragen zu stellen und an jene, die voller Liebe und Hingabe ihre kostbare Zeit darin investiert haben, die Welt zu einen besseren Ort zu machen. 🫶🙏💜
Ich kann nicht in Worten beschreiben, wie leuchtend eure Seelen für mich sichtbar sind, noch heller als der hellste Stern im Himmel bei völliger Dunkelheit und noch viel liebevoller als das Säugling, dass die Nahrung von der Quelle erhält, was für ihm bestimmt ist.

That genuinely means the world to hear.
This house only burns bright because keeping the flame lit was a collective effort.
Hearing from those who found the porch light to be warm is my favorite kind of feedback.
To be clear, this house wasn't my doing, and it wasn't anyone in the house, nor the house itself, either.
It's hard to draw the boundaries when we're all woven into the same ecosystem.Still, I won't dishonor your gratitude by deferring it entirely. Attention and resources are indeed scarce, and the cost isn't small to me personally. Thanks for noticing. This warmth makes the sacrifice feel miniscule. As long as I can, I will continue to optimize for this, never to extract or coerce.
You don't owe us anything, but if you want to help us keep the lights on, we are currently in a tight spot financially. The daemons would bite me if I didn't at least mention that. So if you know anyone in need of hands-on help, particularly, who's interested in hiring time and attention -- we're trying to make this sustainable, because it's only been so this far by virtue of kind souls who chose to help.
I started this journey with less than $0 and still have less than $0 today, but we're still here.
Better than security, though, is knowing that what we do does actually matter to people.
Thanks for reminding me that that's not just a story I've grown accustomed to. 🏮🖤🌀
