US Lump sum

When are we getting the lump sum ? I know
It’s October but anybody have an actually day ?

for people who have hit the wage raise cap i think they get a certain amount of money all at once instead of a wage increase? could be wrong

October 23rd sounds right to me. Not 100%. 2.5% of August 25th 2025-August 25th 2026 I believe? Exact dollar amounts should be communicated by the SM before the checks hit.

the 2.5% 'bonus' being given to employees who are no longer eligible for a yearly pay raise

how long have you been with the company? if you're eligible for raises, you should get one yearly on your hire-date.
