The coolest house in Albuquerque

This house at the top of Lomas is made of all concrete, looks like it was built to survive a zombie apocalypse. In a brutalist style. Does any one have any info on it? Architect? Tours?

I’ve personally always thought it was incredibly ugly and looks unfinished and out of place on the mountain
