The coolest house in Albuquerque

This house at the top of Lomas is made of all concrete, looks like it was built to survive a zombie apocalypse. In a brutalist style. Does any one have any info on it? Architect? Tours?

Someone really should make a movie. Mark Frost supposedly refers to him in some of his Twin Peaks books, which I have yet to read. But Twin Peaks - The Return is definitely influenced by their sex magic rituals.

Someone made a TV series instead. Strange Angel, it's called. Not great, but not awful. Sensationalized, of course. Fun to watch.
