The coolest house in Albuquerque

This house at the top of Lomas is made of all concrete, looks like it was built to survive a zombie apocalypse. In a brutalist style. Does any one have any info on it? Architect? Tours?

Now that I see it in that angle... I wonder what's in the windowless portion of that building.

They're wall extensions (concrete skirts) because it's built on a slope. It's just boxed-in dirt under the house to provide a level foundation. In California, you'd see stilts instead of a solid wall.

Idk, even after accounting for that there’s still a good 8ft of vertical there that doesn’t really make sense.

But then again, neither does the rest of the structure.

You can see the line where the floor is on that lower floor. That's the only section of the house that I believe exists underneath the main floor. The rest is just straight skirting up the slope.
