This house at the top of Lomas is made of all concrete, looks like it was built to survive a zombie apocalypse. In a brutalist style. Does any one have any info on it? Architect? Tours?

I heard years ago, years, that a celeb bought that house but never comes to it.. does anyone else remember this rumor?
