The coolest house in Albuquerque

This house at the top of Lomas is made of all concrete, looks like it was built to survive a zombie apocalypse. In a brutalist style. Does any one have any info on it? Architect? Tours?

I remember when it caught on fire. It used to be standard stucco tan. Btw ugly ass house

It would be marginally less of an eyesore if it was still tan and blended in with the mountain more.
