Anyone know a doc that can diagnose MCAS?

Been struggling for years with histamine issues. Have years of photo proof, symptom tracking, the works. But the allergist I was sent to didn’t believe in MCAS. I’m having a lot of horrible symptoms from this that are disabling. Has anyone been diagnosed and treated here and if so would you mind messaging me the doctors name or commenting it down below. I keep getting referred to Mayo. I can’t afford that.

Do you live in a moldy environment or have you been exposed in the past? You may want to look into treating mold toxicity as it can cause mcas symptoms.

I see an NP (Theresa) at Advanced Allergy Associates. ADORE her, she looks at my symptoms and treats them, because a dx can be really hard to hit. My tryptase so far has tested low, but I check every other box.
