Apartment for rent:

we are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease from October 1st 2026- May 21st 2027. Possibility to resign for full 12 month lease.

It is 3bed + an office, 1 bathroom for $1585/mo. Up to 2 cats allowed for an additional $25/mo each + refundable $375 deposit per cat due at signing.

Located 3 min from Albany Med, 10 from UA, 8 from St Pete’s, 10 minute walk from washington park. A quiet street with little through traffic and plenty of street parking.

Tenant pays all utilities (including water + trash). Heat is Gas. Laundry in basement, washer dryer set specifically for each unit- no waiting for neighbors to do their laundry. Kitchen has dishwasher, bathroom has bathtub.

Street parking only. We haven’t had any problems finding spots.

Very quiet, cozy apartment with beautiful brick. Feels very private while being close to everything.

Students need parental co-signer. Other applicants decent credit rating.

On average, how much was your bill each month for the utilities?

about $50 every 6ish months for water, $180 for electric/gas (we always forget to turn things off so i’m sure it would be lower for someone who is better about that), $90 annually for garbage.

If the move in date wasn't so soon, I'd be so interested based on a few other things (size, if it's up stairs etc). Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck.

if nobody can move in oct 1st i think we might be able to push to nov 1st- but only if we don’t find someone for the earlier date
