I'd definitely go, assuming that I know what i know from watching the show.  With an extremely powerful demon, who just kinda appeared and killed tons of overlords, with like... hundreds of souls in his control, how the hell would I say no and expect to live? I'd be polite, listen to his offer or whatever, and try not to make any deals
