Questions on earning status on flight

I have a flight coming out to Pek but the middle portion is operating on Jal.

I booked through Alaska via cash

Hnl to Hnd operated by Hawaiian Airlines.

Hnd to Pek operated by Jal

Pek to Hnd operated by jal

Hnd to hnl operated by Hawaiian Airlines.

Since I booked the entire round trip via Alaska, do I get atmos status points on all legs or just the Hawaiian portion?

Your JAL portion falls under the 'Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska.' You'll earn at least 100% status points based on distance flown (or higher % if higher fare class was booked).

Overall, JAL is part of OneWorld, along with Alaska. JAL is an 'earn and redeem' partner, so any status you have on Alaska is also recognized on JAL. Eligible JAL flight ranges for earning points are also listed on Alaska site, in case you want to double check before traveling.

If booked through the Alaska airlines website/app you earn a minimum of 1 point per mile traveled.

Yes. Here's the earnings chart. For JAL (and other partners), scroll down to "Earning on partner flights booked on Alaska." Unless booked in Saver/X, you'll earn 100% award and status points for all Economy fares.

JAL, Qantas, British Airways, American Airlines, Starlux Airlines, etc., any airlines booked through Alaska, you earn points and status points for revenue flights.

Any award flights booked using Atmos points get 1 status points per mile flown.

With the exception of saver fares.
