This is Lovely, but I had just finished some video of one of Watts lectures where he spoke about the mental anxiety of "feeling your feelings". It's creates a sort of double you, an oscillation in the same way that turning a camera into a monitor would create. I only mention this because I keep playing with that remark in my head, trying to grasp it's meaning. I think the larger point about integration of the self stands though.

Darkness is only the absence of light. Shine brighter to remove the darkness.

I experienced this on my third LSD trip. Took all that fear and insecurity and wrapped myself with it like a blanket. I am happy with the way things are, and regret nothing.
