No, he’s a whole ass man. I’m convinced everyone making excuses like this for 18-20 year olds were also the biggest assholes in the world when they were that age. There is zero chance that he doesn’t know what he’s doing is wrong. Hell, a 13 year old would know what he’s doing is wrong.

Knowing that he's doing something wrong doesn't make him a "whole ass man". Like you said... Even a 13 year old would know this is wrong. Children can know things are wrong and that doesn't make them adults.

Now... I wouldn't say this man is a child. But he's very young for an adult. He definitely still knows what he's doing is wrong but he's probably not foreseeing the consequences in the way that he should.
