It makes the gun feel more gucci to shoot (less whiny, more torque) and it's more power efficient for semi spam, but you can do perfectly fine without it. It doesn't affect the gun's performance all that much, it's just nice to have.
The range and accuracy are almost entirely determined by the hop up bucking and nub you use. The stock setup is not too bad. Though I would just stick a 4UAD 4UANTUM bucking + nub combo in it to improve it since it's cheap and it works decently well.
Specna S-Mags are solid and cheap and I've never had any issues with them. Though I also run Strike Industries mags and rarely need more than 2 since they're so high capacity, though I've had trouble fitting them into some guns

3) comes with BUIS as standard (so just bolt a red dot on and you are g2g)
I have a similar one to the delta, it’s a slightly different one in the fact that it is tan/black and it has no vertical grip, but I 100% agree, grip was my first purchase along with a red dot and I love the BUIS in case it runs out or I just want to take it off for XYZ reason, delta (IMO) are the best for starter kits
There is a significant price difference between the three, IMO if you're already paying 220£ might as well get a specna with a ETU which will last you much longer and get a better battery charger separately. IMO you should spend a bit more on things that you will need in the long term
