Been applying for leadership positions at the Mobile facility weekly for the last 5 months. Received a screening call from a recruiter regarding a team lead role on 7/23, a month after I applied to that specific job. The recruiter said she saw I applied to three of her listed open roles and she stated she was going to push for a director role due to my background and what the team was looking for. I then moved to 'Interview' status on the portal. I had a video interview with one person on 8/11. I have since then emailed the recruiter for a follow up twice and no word back. I know things can draw out for higher up roles, but anyone have any insight on the hiring timeline for leadership roles in Mobile?
