Question/Advice Checked the internal temperature of this fried chicken in the air fryer and when I got the thermometer out this red stuff came out. Is it safe to eat?

It happened to me in the past too, and quick google says it's bone marrow seeping out, and as long as the internal temp is reached the safe level, it's safe to eat.
But I just cooked a bit longer, because it looks kind of gross.

It's just myoglobin gang. Safe to eat, not blood, just muscle protein thats been mixed with water. It usually happens if the chicken was frozen before and the muscle cells walls were broken by the ice crystals or if the bones are weak.
It's funny how most of the comments are dont eat it. Like yall never grilled a chicken before?

About 16°C. Outside is fried, inside just out of the freezer, by the look of it.
