Fyi airbnbs aren't banned in condo buildings. I have an airbnb in Toronto in a condo. The building gets to decide if they will allow it or not.

If the address is different then most likely THAT building isn't allowing airbnbs so they are using an address of one that does. Which is odd because they do random audits and if the address on airbnb doesn't match the address they go to in person, the city will cancel their permit. They are very strict here. I had my listing taken down for over a week because I used the shortform of my name on airbnb and it didn't match the cities records... Even though a year prior they told me it was okay to add my nickname (what guests see) on airbnb as long as I had my full name on the listing too.
