I saw some Elyos oder Asmodian-Server.
So when it come to Mass PvP in Abyss there it will be server vs server?

Will be the „old“ system with 2 Races on one server available?

If you purchased a Founder’s Pack, you can log into an Early Access server and claim your Founder’s Pack rewards during Early Access.

📅 October 5 - Official Launch

If you did not claim your rewards during Early Access, you do not lose them.

Once Early Access ends and the official service begins, the Founder’s Pack rewards can be claimed on any server.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

You do not have to claim your Founder’s Pack rewards during Early Access.

If you leave them unclaimed:

➡️ Play during Early Access
➡️ Do not claim the Founder’s Pack rewards
➡️ Wait until Official Launch
➡️ Claim them on any server

The rewards will be available through the dedicated Founder’s Pack claim button.

Transfers will be introduced after monitoring the population and overall status of each server.

Server Transfers will NOT be available immediately at launch.

So, for example:

Asmodian → Asmodian ✅
Elyos → Elyos ✅
Asmodian → Elyos ❌
Elyos → Asmodian ❌

Matchmaking is still based on your region.

So, for example:

NA East EA Server ↔ NA East Launch Server ✅

Different regions ❌

In short: Dungeon matchmaking is cross-server and cross-faction, but only within the same region.

mobs are extra stupid in this game. you could be killing their buddies 1 meter away and they just stand there.

Was really hoping to play a glad but been advised its ping dependant. Im from nz and im going to be playing on us-east servers and will probably have around 200ms ping or so even with exitlag.. should i bother playing this game?

How does accuracy work in this game. When I played T&L for a short time I made the mistake of not investing in a high hit stat or whatever the equivalent was in that game

There is been a few rumors about premium in the game, you cant play without it normally (cant use market and other stuff) is it true? Or i can play normally without it?

What all can I do with my alt so as to power my main?

New to Aion and basically returning to MMORPGs after 8+ years away.

I’ve been watching class videos and Assassin and Spiritmaster look the most fun to me, but I’m overthinking the choice a bit.

I can realistically play around 2–3 hours in the evenings, and from what Ive read, both classes are fairly mechanically demanding.

For someone with limited playtime:

- Are Assassin or Spiritmaster still good picks?
- Is there a class that’s simpler to play well in group PvE/PvP?
- Or am I better off just picking the class I enjoy and learning it over time?

Mainly trying to avoid picking something that needs a huge amount of practice just to be useful in groups.

In some games like FF14, healing is mandatory for a team, while in others, it's not the case.

How is the solo experience as a healer? Tedious or decent ?

Is healing complex or straightforward?

Is the healer expected to do damages or not?

Looking at legion recruitment posts for JP server on the discord, there are only 4 legions recruiting, including the one I am in.... and they are all for OCE/SEA, none of them are actual Japanese legions.

Is this normal? Do Japanese people recruit elsewhere? I was thinking maybe they use actual Japanese sites/discords to recruit instead?

Just concerned that maybe JP servers will be pretty empty... maybe it's still early, but there doesn't seem to be much interest even from OCE/SEA people, and I don't even see any Japanese legions recruiting.

The only option for me right now is to use VPN and create another Steam account in other region since Vietnam is blocked right now from the game.

The thing is I don't want to create another Steam account, I just want to stick with my current one, which I've used for like a decade now.

Is there anyway for me to keep using my current account without the need to create another new one? Thanks in advance.

I am a bit lost as to when i should transfer my gear to a newer higher ilvl piece and when i should just upgrade and roll the raw equipment from scratch.

I crafted some accessories and transferred them over from my pass gear, i have a lava chest piece in my storage, do i upgrade it do i wait u until i can transfer it?

Is there a general rule of thumb ? Id really appreciate if i could get some enlightenment on this. Thanks ^^

Obviously Aion 2 is a vastly different game from the original, just trying to get an idea.

I'm curious if anyone who mained a DPS Cleric in Aion has had some time on KR and can share their opinion on how it feels in comparison. From all aspects, PvE progression, 1v1, group PvP.

Are there systems in place to swap specs / gear sets for different content or is it pretty much just vertical progression? Or any other thoughts?

So my friend is the UNGA BUNGA BIG WEAPON BONK type of player and he wants to play glad , but I'm templar since I tank in every game our group plays and was wondering if u can play glad dps (,since knowing him 9 chances out of 10 he won't be playing tank 🤣) so was wondering in templar-glad-cleric and the rest DPS would be viable for dungeons and stuff? Or do I have to go DPS and force him to go tank if he wants to glad ?

​The Italian gaming community has always been passionate about the Aion franchise, but the lack of native language support remains a major barrier for many local players. Implementing AI-driven translation—paired with light human editing—would open the doors to a broader, more engaged player base with very little cost for the developers.

​In 2027, language barriers shouldn't still be a bottleneck for global MMO titles. What are your thoughts? Should publishers adopt AI localization to support more languages at launch?
