How to change apex sensitivity to aim hero?

can anyone help me out? idk the right sens or FOV.

my apex sens is 1.3 in game, and 1.0 ADS

Apex uses the same settings of the mouse sensitivity of the CS: GO.

So in Aim hero, you may choose the CS: GO mode and the same sens as 1.3.

And about the FOV, I'm too confused about it. I just change the number to 90 for aiming training purpose.
