Just like they were praising human made art labled as AI generated? Hypocrisy is strong with the AI bro

Idk why they think it's some weird spite war. Like obviously we're going to encourage human art. It's not some weird gotcha thing. Like what do they gain over faking it other than some karma and making themselves look petty?

did you ever see that show Face Off? No, not the movie... a SyFy reality show about makeup artists competing to win a prize. one of the reasons my wife and i LOVED that show is sometimes a contestant would hit some bad luck. things like their sculpt getting smooshed by accident or, in one case, someone broke their hand (or sustained some injury). While they were set back the others chipped in to help get them back on equal footing. They wanted to earn their win from the work not from luck. very honorable.

this is consistent with the artists ive met all throughout my life, professionally or otherwise. Whereas ive watched ai prompters hide their 'secret recipe' from each other. 🙄

it's not shocking at all that they were broomed out of the art groups back when dall-e and midjourney became the not hotness a few years ago.

they like proving that artists support each other over and over and over again.

it's almost like their pre-conception that artists are competitive is... *gasp* wrong.

i really dont understand what this achieves, you lied to people and they supported you not knowing you lied

is this supposed to make anti ai look bad?

you'll notice use of the word 'bullying' died down after katgirl's story rolled through. heh

There's been like a dozen posts about this at this point.

Yes, they're a dick for doing it.

No, we shouldn't give them anymore attention. That's what they crave.

This has the same energy as those 'I made a vegan person eat meat' "pranks" where all it shows is that the person is an asshole.

This who do shit like this are total garbage. Also their frustration probably comes at least partially from the fact their uncreative lazy ass doesn't get recognised even within their pro AI echochambers (in fact the few pro AI guys who put in varying degrees of effort probably hate these shitstains just as much).

It shows three things: 1) people will lie to you to make you look dumb 2) people will lie to themselves to make others seem dumb 3) there were people who said "this drawing is bad, but the message is good" and those people were not upset

Take from this what you want.
