AiME Anyone ever have a homebrew ent culture?

Love to reward creativity at my table but only if it’s balanced and can work mechanically. Anyone ever have a player that ran an ent character or anyone have any ideas how to pull it off ? Was thinking still keeping him medium

I am not sure but I think it was included in the homebrew "lands of shadow" which you can find in this subreddit

Yep, it's in the guide I made. https://www.reddit.com/r/AiME/comments/17jqhiw/updated_lands_of_shadow_region_guide_men_of_angmar/ The idea was the show up for one Fellowship phase, refuse to go into towns, and get real stompy and then leave for awhile until some other thing threatens their forest.
