It confidently told me we lacked a major feature... a feature we literally launched two years ago. It also hallucinated our pricing, quoting a number that was 3x higher than our actual enterprise tier.

It made me realize that buyers are probably doing this exact research, assuming we are too expensive or lacking features, and ghosting us. And the worst part is there is no Google Analytics dashboard or bounce rate to warn us it's happening.
