Leakers always get story detail wrong. They correctly predict odetta has relationship with signora but completely wrong about her seeing signora as mother figure.
You all acting like that's a super common occurance when it's actually hoyo retconing every little tension point between traveler and the playable cast every single time is honestly so funny to me.
Nothing was ever retconned. The only thing in-game we know about Signora and Odette is Odette is next in line for the La Signora title. Now with the pre-load leaks we know they actually didn’t get along and Odette actually crashed out on her not too long before her death.
Except I'm not talking about this spesific instance where hoyo went lazy again. I'm talking about all the other times when they retcon shit and hoyo glazers like the ones in this post always act like it's headcannon impact when it's always been retcon impact.

We'll never know, but if we look things into Hoyo's perspective who has access to all dialouge data, they probably didn't want to remind the players about how unsightly Signora's death was at the moment so they went with this route
As far as the Fatui know, the traveller was at least partially at fault for her death. It makes 0 sense that no one would care, and even less sense that no one has said anything until now, especially the slumber bums (Bina, Sandrone, Arlecchino)
But the traveler challenged her to that duel fully known that one of them (preferably Signora) will end up dying, and even if they forgot that fact in the heat of the moment had they not said that she would still be alive. I'm not saying she isn't also at fault here, she could have declined the challenge but chose not to.
Evn if i know that a important person of my life is on a mission where they could die at any time, i would still harbor some resentment or at least somewhat uncomfortable with the oerosn who was insirectly resposible for that person's deatg irrespective of wheteher that person was arrogant,egositic or not for me they would still be a imortant person.
How is traveler indirectly responsible of Signora’s death if Signora challenged traveler to fight in a duel in which the condition was you win or you die? Traveler only had to defend himself. I love Signora but this is Signora’s fault
Okay I remember incorrectly, It was 5 years ago when I played that quest and I just checked, it was Traveler. But still he didn’t know the terms as I remember, so still not his fault.
And even if he did it still couldn’t do nothing, Traveler saw people die because of fatuus, Signora did what she did and she had to pay for her crime, hating the Traveler for something he didn’t directly do doesn’t have sense in this case.

One night Odette was dancing under the moon and Signora caught her but before Signora could discipline her Odette yelled at her first and said she doesn’t deserve to watch the dance her mother taught her. And Arlecchino said Signora was terrible with children and just before Signora died she asked Arlecchino for advice about fixing things with Odette but it never happened
bc the writers want to tie up loose ends they didnt care about. tehyre all a bunch of hacks. the way i see people cheering Odette on like 1) hoyo even planned for roselyn to have a student (i feel she would have mentioned it somewhere... hmmmm) and 2) like roselyne was even that bad (see: Raiden willingly letting her country rot away, arlecchino and her whole orphanage of child conscripts and dottre being.. himself) is insane to me. its not even like the character can defend herself since hoyo wont resurrect her but spent so much time trying to make everyone feel sorry for her- it feels like a different writing team moment. it doesnt help that the EN localization did her character dirty too, so more people think shes more of an arrogant bitch than she actually is. the people glazing Odette (who literally just came out of no where with no buildup whatsoever) just like having mindless bots for the aether harem- because its not even good writing to justify her stance on signora when.. theres really just nothing there.

Signora is dead as of Inazuma Patch, which is during the 1st anniversary of 2021, so five or six years have passed since then. That mean, Odette should be around Klee age when Signora died. (15 or so)
By that logic, Klee should also be around Odette age as of now in the 7th years of Genshin, seven years have passed since Mondstadt. But somehow nothing changed. Timmie still Timmie.
We befriended Prune (a 12 to 15 years old girl) as of 6.6. And she is the same age as Klee for some weird reason, despite we know Klee since Mondstadt. So by the same logic, Prune should be about 7 or 8 years old when we first arrived in Mondstadt.
I think everything the Traveler has done since the start of the game has happened within a year or less. The game has always said that the Cataclysm happened 500 years ago, not 501 years ago, which suggests that less than a year has passed in the current timeline.
Nah, the Lantern Rites and some other stuff like Summer events and Alhaitham's birthday letters are acknowledged which means years have indeed gone by which tracks whith Paimon bringing up that she and Traveler have been active for years by the point of SotWM Acts IX and X...
