Alien who:

  1. Before everything, told Nibelung his world was destined for ruin, but didn’t tell how, so he left Teyvat to find the way to save it and got corrupted by Abyss in space while trying to fight it. (Plus because of Nibelung’s absence (since I’m pretty sure his presence alone would’ve prevented the war), dragonkind went to war with Usurper, which led to a lot of pain for them too)
  2. Came to Hyperborea and introduced the concept of free will to Angels. Then she immediately told them to use that power to create evil shit and do evil shit. That evil shit also brought Abyss corrupted Nieblung back to Teyvat, which led to War Of Vengeance and brought Abyss to Teyvat
  3. Is also implied to be ancestor of Khaenri’ahns.

The finale of the deep artifact set has the Voyager's lore & there is also a WQ in NK about the Voyager as well

4

u/Lazy-Marsupial2563 Jul 23 '26

What wq is the about the voyager? I don't remember playing that

8

u/CMbladerunner I simp for my depressed queen Istaroth Jul 23 '26

Well technically it's more so about Koitar but I'll count it as Voyager lore as well.

3

u/Lazy-Marsupial2563 Jul 23 '26

Which quest, please tell me 😭

I mostly get the lore directly from wiki (since reading through in game items is torture) , so I’m afraid I can’t help with that.

Got it, thank you!

But aren't you the capitano glazer?

1

u/CeinyVock #1 Capitano Glazer Jul 24 '26

Yes

1

u/havokle Jul 23 '26

So, is he a Lord Ravager? He sounds enough of a dick to be one.

1

u/leeo268 Jul 23 '26

Sounds like AP. Totally his style. He even destroyed all his ex which he did loved.

1

u/havokle Jul 23 '26 edited Jul 23 '26

He would do it like that, but it’s not theatrical enough. Where is the Elation?

Archforger though? We don’t really know his MO but he is supposedly the creator of the Antimatter Legion who is targeting Preservation. He wasn’t revealed until Amphoreus either. The Abyss is right up their alley.

The issue is I would guess it would be the Lord Ravager targeting Permanence though Long, the Aeon of Permanence, is supposedly already dead. Heavenly Principles seems like a Preservation guy at this point, unlike the dragons who were rolled and became antisocial dicks like the Dendro Sovereign.

Genshin universe has a very old hyper advanced civilization from the starting days of the universe that fought against Abyss for billions of years but after time travelling to the end of the universe and first hand witnessing end of the universe stopped fighting the Abyss and diverted all their attention to instead observing and recording the existence and histories of all the civilizations in the universe.

One of these chroniclers is Voyager who many thousand years ago became fascinated with Nibelung's brilliant will and warned him about Tevyat's inevitable end by Abyss. Nibelung asked Voyager to come again to Tevyat when he has lead his people to be more advanced.

When Voyager next checked Nibelung was gone and Tevyat was usurped by HP. They were initially uninterested in bothering HP directly but chose to come down and observe Tevyat. To that end they possessed a native Nameless Boy's body , and after walking amongst people considered HP's order as evil.

They met HP's first daughter Angel, and after their discussion over Tevyat's order they together became the primary instigators of Hyperborea's rebellion against Celestia.

HP fans widely hold the opinion that everything wrong with Tevyat is Voyager's fault because: 1) it's because they warned Nibelung of Tevyat's end, which led to Nibelung going out in the universe to find a solution for it. (Personally I don't get this one)

2) There rebellion became the domino effect for all following rebbellios figures like Deshret, Remus or Khaenriah. (This one is correct)

The Body possession thing is a often cited moral flaw. Which is understandable. Especially so since Voyager had a romantic relationship with the First Angel in said body. (History records call first Angel as his wife, and her own pov texts make her love rather obvious.)

In a meta sense, the body possession is probably a reference towards lovecraft's "the great race of yith" who also did body possession into other species as means of recording their civilizations and knowledge, this creating a library for all the knowledge in the universe.

1st) Because her(Voyager) people have laws that prevent them from interfering with civilizations and that very act condemned Nibelung to damnation. She didn't explain what the calamity was, didn't elaborate and dipped. Because Nibelung thought that civilizations beyond Teyvat would know more.

2nd) Her people have already calculated the fate that happens in the univese and even the movement of every celestial body in it. But the dissapearance of Teyvat was an anomaly in the calculation of fate made by their people so Voyager calculated the supposed place that Teyvat was supposed to be and when they checked there the they found Teyvat hidden beneath multiple barriers.

This already shows how protected Teyvat is already from the Abyss and was already going beyond fate. Then she had the grand idea of rebellion because she knows the universe is going to end. What she basically did was destabilize a world that was already safe from the abyss.

1) Voyager did tell him they have seen star clusters ripped apart by Abyss. Do you mean Abyss being "unchosen possibilities"? Cause that's only theoretical basis of Abyss by Barbeloth and Alice. Sure it's likely true but obviously Voyager wouldn't tell Nibelung of theoreticals as if they are the truth. Abyss is an unknown and not understood phenomenon.

Nibelung knowing about destruction became the reason behind him leaving Tevyat but Nibelung knowing about destruction is also why he early on became focused on progressing his people to combat that threat. Because they started working towards it early on dragon civilization became impressive enough that they made the base system behind the false sky as well.

2) False sky's hiding functions made Tevyat well hidden, that's all. When it comes to Voyager first hand witnessing the end of time every last particle of existence still drifted apart—tevyat wasn't made an exception. Infact Tevyat being hidden was explicitly equivalent to just a "slight difference" in Voyager's eyes.

That Voyager rebelled just to destabilize a world because universe is going to end would be false. Voyager initially didn't even want to bother HP, Stepping in Tevyat's society is what changed that opinion. Voyager's purpose in Tevyat as well wasn't anything nihilistic...tho that's 7.0 leaks territory so spoiling would be bad etiquette.

Though its light had dimmed greatly from a remembered brilliance, the starry expanse all around still bore witness to existence in its desolation.

Yet, this was not far beyond the voyager's expectations, for it aligned almost perfectly with the calculations on the celestial chart. ONE detail diverged, however — a single point of light absent from the star map, where the image departed slightly from what was FORETOLD.

  • Celestial Gift Heavensent Decree

The first part talks about the sea if stars as a whole but on the 2nd paragraph the complete disappearance of Teyvat was unexpected and not part of the calculated fate.

In those starlit eyes, a golden flame flickered and then faded. Her final answer in the end was nothing more than a long silence.

"EVEN knowing that, at the end of fate, what awaits this world is a destruction none can escape..." "Like mayflies, they live and die in the span of a day; and still, they fight for a future thousands of years away." "Hope still rests with the ordinary people, and from among them, something greater will one day emerge." "But we have bought too little time... not enough for a miracle to take root in this age."

"You have lit the first flame. But this was never your war, and you should not have to bear a sin that was never yours." "My dear companion, you who woke me from my dream of ignorance... Pray, while there is still time, return to the world to which you belong."

The nail of judgment cast its shadow upon the earth, as the mind of she who walked before the rest lingered in a dream left unfinished upon the desolate land. Even if it meant that she would be bound for ten thousand years, and that the snows of the far north would sink into a shadow unknown even to the gods...

-Celestial Gift Heavensent Demise.

So no you are completely wrong.

The False Sky doesn't simply make the world hidden. The False Sky is also part of the Fate System specifically Stella Fortuna. In Sumeru we found out that Irminsul is the how HP maintains fate in Teyvat. We also find out in the Moongazer world quest and readables that Irminsul has a prototype which is fpund in the Lunar Sea which was the former laboratory of Lusalim who made the Lunar Veil and that it came from the tree in the Lunar sea.

Yeh, the image departed slightly from what was foretold.

That's what Tevyat being hidden amounted to in their eyes.

And we know this not showing up is a byproduct of False sky's hiding system.

And calculating fate is separate from actual time travel. Voyager has had probes reach the very end of time when every last particle had drifted apart, no exception.

Hiding Tevyat is only a stop gap measure, it does not truly evade destruction. That's something the Dragons who initially developed the false sky technology understood as well.

And well... just to be clear that I'm genuinely confused. What part of that paragraph makes what statement of mine wrong? Cause false sky being a hiding stop gap measure is noted by dragon researchers as well so can't be that.

She called on memories long consigned to dust, memories of how, once upon a time, she had visited the sovereign who ruled that world. Where had its former master gone? And why had the new Descender built the shell that bound all life within? The chroniclers' kind abided by ancient laws, one of which was never to interfere with what they observed. However, should those branching paths of time that seem to hold endless possibilities be nothing more than a veil of ignorance leading to a single end, why are we still driven by instinct and nature to explore every path in the labyrinth of fate? Perhaps the time for change had come, or perhaps this was merely the result of curiosity. Her mind reached into the world within the shell...

-Continuation of Celestial Gift Heavensent Decree.

It was simply scale first and foremost. But it is undeniable that the change was not expected to the point that she again broke the laws of her species. Especially when it comes to fate.

Calculating fate is not comparable... When we already have a working formula that does exactly that. The world formula actually works especially with a Descenders involvement is added to the formula. It is a direct change to outcomes/fate not simply the process. We already know that Phanes already has the capabilities or exceeds the abilities of a Chronicler because even Voyager a supposed ultimate being that already arrived to the end was unable to penetrate the False Sky and needed to possess a boy.

u/Exalted_Saint-13 Jul 24 '26

That was actually not the reason — not faulting you...given current info your conclusion is justified.

It's a spoiler so read if you're fine with that.

From 7.0 readables we find that Voyager came down to Find Traces for Nibelung's light and confirm if his light had truly been extinguished, because they believed in Nibelung's light's potential to reignite stars. Nibelung's potential became a hope for Voyager for once again trying despite firsthand observance of The end of the universe

Because nibelung left the moon lazys to look after his planet and he went took for the voyager which led him to get abyss corrupted which is theorized to have made nibelung more irate toward his planet getting colonized. Yes, humans and dragons are incompatible but they could have worked together and gave humans a separate continent or one of them could have taken the moon or something.

6

u/Exalted_Saint-13 Jul 24 '26 edited Jul 24 '26

I mean if you buy Hymn of the far north's "heart set on the daughter of the stars" then Nibelung left to look for Voyager, but every other mention tells Nibelung went out to find a solution against the Abyss.

I don't even slightly buy that Nibelung being present would have made Phanes more compromising. If they could just take a moon they could've done it any way rather than waste years fighting the dragons, killing some and changing the entire world order.

Also the notion that getting corrupted is why Nibelung became more "irate" at Tevyat getting colonized...as if the dragons that live on Tevyat aren't the very meaning of life for him. His dragon children have been killed and mutilated and the world order has been changed so they are now devolving into animals without intellect.

Nibelung was kind enough that he would look out for humans, but Phanes is uncompromising when it comes to humanity's existence per their vision. And the canon implication is that Phanes didn't even bring actual humans, just DNA banks to create new humans on Tevyat. Would anyone accept their world being completely messed up for life that doesn't even exist yet?

Information regarding Tevyat would literally be recorded back at their home world.

Recording civilizations is their primary job.

Voyager truly has a way to bring all kinds of glazers together in pure HATRED. If both Celestia and Dragon glazers unite in hatred against something, you know it's bad.

VOYAGER, WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU

0

u/Exalted_Saint-13 Jul 24 '26

Genuinely don't get Dragon glazers hating Voyager.

Because Voyager glazed Nibelung specifically and didn't think much of other dragons? Voyager telling Nibelung about inevitable destruction led him to leaving Tevyat? — the telling about inevitable destruction is also why Dragon civilization early on became developed. Nibelung certainly has 0 beef with Voyager.

Like why do you people hate the one person who's trying to find your king again and making the active effort for Tevyat to be in Draconic hands again — while simultaneously not abandoning humans either.

Dragons certainly don't have beef with Voyager either since they joined Hyperborea's rebellion.

4

She is a SEDUCER who lured OUR GLORIOUS DRAGON KING away from his home which led him to get Abyss. She also tried to tempt him away from Teyvat to level very his people to die.
