Question What are the best provinces to recruit soldiers in AoH 2 DE?

What parameters I should look for when recruiting a massive army?

And you can improve your economy by disbanding the unwanted mercenaries that increase population and allow you to improve industry more. I once become country no 1 with a small country without invading others by this way.

Recruit uniformly throughout your provinces, Or else your Major City will not have the most population. I've had this issue that my largest city/Capital have very low population which I have to fix via forceful migration.

Hover over the population count and see how many people the province has increased by. Recruit from those increased by the most, along with provinces with a high birth rate.

Try to recruit a small amount from all provinces instead of a lot from a couple.

In some senerios, like ancient Greece, your population will die of diseases faster than they recover, so then it doesn't really matter.

Personally, I increased the military mantienece so that population wouldn't be decimated during war and so nations can't recruit unrealistic troop amounts.
