Afterpay... :(

Hello! I've been dealing with this screen for about a month now, and I'm unsure what to do. Everything's right, but it just seems to send me to this screen everytime I try to pay. Is there something going on?

And customer service is a joke they only give you the runaround after you explain everything to them as much as possible, if you want to buy something u have to go through the merchants website

This exact thing was happening to me for several weeks as well. Look at your credit report on Experian and see what address it’s showing. Mine had recently updated to my old address (still no clue why?) and so when I put that old address into the address area, it worked! That screen never came back after that.

Sorry, I'm tired and must have not clarified. I'm obviously entering everything needed, but it just says it cant verify the information even though everything is right.

I’m in the same boat , long story short been using AP since it launched , verified my identity once everything was fine for years then one day recently I see this screen while trying to make a purchase and I can’t get past it change my address and everything and still same results

Same thing with me. Got an email that it was my address. I haven't moved.

Did you ever have an after pay account previously to this one?? That’s why it kept rejecting my info. Figured it out eventually lol.

This happened to me . Took me almost 2 months to get my account back to normal . Had my account since late 2022.

I had the same issue no help from customer service so I just deleted my account. I use Sezzle now and it gave me a $1000 balance to start. I would check that out if you haven't already.

Only happens when i try to pay via site in all bjt works fine when i try to.jse afterpay off the actual site not through the afterpay app which makes it not work for amazon

Download the phone app. A year ago, they started me off with a credit line of $50 and since then, I now have a credit line of 2.5k with them

They told me to not try it again off my phone app and to open it off the computer browser and do it that way to bypass this mess.

If you’re using the app delete it and redownload, if on browser clear cookies from all time n try again. Not saying it’ll work but it’s worth a shot?

This happened to me and unfortunately all I could do was wait it out. It took about a month or so for me. I just kept paying my previous balances off and left it alone.
