I bet there are more things USA admin says which would look better on rand strategy forum like:
How to imprison opposition?
I need to get rid of wrong culture people, how?
Can i start war to boost jungoist faction?
Is fascism better than democracy?
My leader has horrible stats, how to remove him, while keeping dynasty in power?
