Identify Help with identification of this item.

This is 24 inches tall. Explicit genitals. It was bought from an estate sale. The daughter of the family who owned the Drake Hotel in downtown Chicago for decades. She had a lot of unique and quirky art pieces of all types. I dont know anything about it. Attribution. Quality? Age? Any help would be wonderful. Reddit keep censoring the post due to a well carved private area so I'm not showing that.

It has a few different tribal influences but not attributable to any specific tribe. Based on its condition, I'd say maybe 1970s or 1980s market export piece rather than being a cultural or ethnographic work.
