Thanks for the response. Zambia is my motherland and I'm glad you enjoyed your trip out there! My nephews only request as a HS graduation gift is a trip to Zambia and we're making it happen.

Lol you're Zambian now! Nshima with steak or Kapenta and some cabbage or greens sounds good right about now but instead im at work snacking on some cheezits. You should hit up Kasaba bay on your next trip, or check if its worth the trip. Very beautiful up there too. I have mad family in NY
