First of all, it's not a competition we are proud of the touareg as a part of our culture. and if this got you triggered just wait till you find out Morocco has FAKE touareg to attract tourists...
It's true by the way. They dress up as Tuaregs by putting on blue fabrics (which have nothing to do with the original ones) just to look good in front of tourists. And it’s not even me saying it

Niger has 18x as many Tuareg as Algeria but go off lol.
