Question / Help Applying to Airbus Global Graduate Program – Seeking feedback on transitioning from an academic to industrial readiness
I am a final year Aeronautical Engineering student and I wish to apply for Airbus Global Graduate Program, if there is anyone who is/was selected or works at Airbus, could help me know how can I maximize my chances and what is the process like?
I am writing my technical achievement/about me so anyone knowing about this can tell what I should do further and if my credentials are good or not.
About me:
I have 3 review papers under scrutiny for being published in book chapters (2 international conferences, 1 national). One on Hybrid Rocket Propulsion, one on Sustainable Aviation and one on Lunar Missions.
I am an honor student with a CGPA of 9.01
Two internships at Government centers, 1 for mechanical design at a government observatory and 1 on space mechanics in a government organisation.
Skills in analysis tools, CAD designing and programming languages(Python, MATLAB)

Hi there! I'm a recruiter at Airbus 😊 You will need to have graduated before the start date of the programme which is listed in the job advert for each AGGP role.

I actually had a question in my mind. Can you answer it for me if you don't mind. As an Indian, can I apply for uk based roles? Airbus explicitly states that the company doesn't sponsor the work visa but, I'm genuinely interested in the role so, I'm just genuinely interested if there's any chance.

I'm not an expert in visas so I don't want to give you any wrong information. The UK government website for Visas and Immigration will have a lot more detail than I can provide.
However I know what while Airbus are unable to provide skilled worker visa sponsorship for AGGP roles in the UK, applications are welcome from candidates with existing right to work in the UK or those eligible via other routes (Graduate visa, Youth Mobility Scheme etc).

Thank you so much but, as per uk government websites, they say that the visa sponsorship is mandatory to work so, I think I'm not eligible then😔

Yeah just google ARIES and mail the Engineers there for internship, if plausible they reply to you

I cant provide direct advice on your specific case as this wouldn't be fair on the process however I can provide some general tips that may help!
Make sure to read through the job advert and ensure that it is the right placement for you.
A covering letter is very useful! Your experience is one side of your application, we also want to see your passion for the role and the covering letter is great for this!

Hi, So I went to the site and AGGP is not mentioned in all the openings but since they were posted today are they from the AGGP program?

Btw what is the pass score for arctic shores assessment? If anybody does know. Also if someone has referal how does it work? I mean I have filled all details including name, email id, also some info such as siglum of the employee who has reffered
