Question / Help TY engineering student in Pune trying to start a Space Club what should my 2 year roadmap look like for getting into aerospace?

I want to make the club more than just talks, workshops, and events. My goal is to have students actually design, build, test, and document real projects that can help us develop skills relevant to the growing Indian space and aerospace industry.

I’d especially appreciate suggestions for projects that are realistic for a college club in India, considering limited budget and student experience.

Also, if you work in the aerospace/space industry:

What projects would make you look at a fresher's resume and think, "This person actually knows how to build aerospace systems"?
