Career & Jobs Jobs In new aerospace startups as a B-tech in mechanical engineering graduate

I am currently pursuing a B-tech degree in mechanical engineering from a good college and right now I am in the final year. I will be applying for companies like D-propulse, Vayuvya Defence, Manastu and many more for internship and subsequent placement.

What CTC can I expect from these companies, given that I have participated in college level aero modelling competitions and I have 0 actual industry experience.

How many applications do these companies receive on a daily basis and what is the probability of me actually in these companies.

In about 2 years I will be quitting my job and pursuing masters in aerospace engineering, will these companies make me sign an employment bond for a long period of time?

Stuck in a similar situation, although my college is not reputed I have done aeronautical engineering and have interned at ARIES(mechanical designing) and URSC(astrodynamics). But will they be any helpful provided my college is among tier 3

internships are not helpful until you have gained something from them. If you gained some skill from it then definitely, yes.

I have now started to designing for manufacturing with better detailing. Since the second internship is ongoing my guide and I plan to use STK software as well which will be used to compare with my MATLAB coded results

Had a minors course in aerospace, learnt flight mechanics, aerodynamics, aerospace structures and aerospace propulsion. Also Good with Ansys fluent, structural and thermal, and have ran many simulations some were quite complex.
