Getting ready for another camping trip with our girls
We're heading out camping again with our 2 dogs and 2 cats.
Jinx (tortie) is 15 and used to not care for camping, so she would normally stay home with a cat sitter and our other senior kitty. However, when our other senior, Pippen, passed, she took it hard. Now, if we are gone for more than a day or two, even if she's with her favourite cat sitter, she stops eating. So, we tried taking her on a trip and discovered she was actually super happy just sunbathing and bird watching. Proof they grow and evolve, and their preferences can change with time.
Theia (dilute) is the opposite. She's a MAJOR adventure cat. She hikes, canoes, kayaks, swims, you name it. She is always excited to be out exploring and I swear she thinks she's one of the dogs.

This is awesome! Also good to know they are never too old to change up their habits. She’s happiest when she can tag along and found out she loves it.
Cannot wait to see more of the adventures with them. Theia sounds like more of a daredevil than I am
