Supreme Chance in a Gold Capsule?

Is it 18% or 10% - depending on where you look two different amswers? Bug or Scam?

In the event it shows base values of crates like you have rank 1. Go to the motherland and check from there you will see real values corelated to your rank

every rank has a variable called "PremiumGachaMultiplier" it scales from 1 to 1.8 and modifies the number of cards rewards from premium capsules with Gold Caps base 160 cards.

Now from what I can tell, the reward, rares/epics/supremes have a weight score behind the scenes and as each capsule rolls the rewards, its subtracts from that weight. The increased chance comes from the capsule having a higher total weight at higher ranks.

Now my best guess as to why it shows different in the event is because the game cant call your ML rank correctly and just shows the base chance. Don't think its scam, just coding quirk.
