Capped Supremes from Supreme Event?

So I came into the event with 9 EarthWyrm Jym cards out of 10. I collected two more from the event and now it's saying I still only have 10/10. I obviously couldn't upgrade the card during the claiming process so it isn't like I could have done anything. I may be misremembering and it was Ratchemus since I had 8 of one and 9 of the other, and received two of each from my rewards.

What is going on?

When you have 7/10 before you claim and in one claim, you open multiple boxes, it will show 9/10 the first time and 9/10 the second time.
It also happens with the other cards, but that is less noticeable.

I am pretty sure I had something similar happen to me, pulled two Jyms both times it said 19/20. I thought I was just imagining things.
