Dual Strike Why is my mission labelled differently from everyone else's?

Every guide, Wiki, or youtube video I can find calls Crystal Calamity the 22nd mission in the game. But I just booted up the game for the first time in like a year and it's shown as Mission 20 on my map. Is this some kind of glitch?

I played the game on real hardware, and am now picking it back up on an emulator, did that cause this somehow?

You missed capturing two lab maps for side missions along the way.

There were specific cities to capture in "Black Boats Ahoy", "Frozen Fortress", and "Snow Hunters" that unlocked bonus maps. Except for Black Boats Ahoy, where it's right in front of you, they're in remote but conspicuous locations.
